They may help if:[ul][li]You can’t download or install apps or games from the Google Play Store[/li][li]You can’t download music, movies, TV shows or other content from Google Play[/li][li]The Google Play Store app won’t open or load, or crashes after it opens[/li][li]Downloads and app updates get stuck and won’t finish[/li][/ul][h2]Step 1: Check that you have a strong Wi-Fi or mobile data connection. [/h2][p]First, make sure that you have a strong Internet connection. It’s best if you can connect to a Wi-Fi network. If you don’t have access to Wi-Fi, make sure that you have a strong mobile data connection. Then try your download again.

[h2]Step 2: Clear the cache and data of the Play Store[/h2][p]This gives the app a fresh start and can help fix issues.

[ol][li]Open your device's Settings app.[/li][li]Tap [strong]Apps & notifications > See[/strong][strong] all apps[/strong].[/li][li]Scroll down and tap[strong] [/strong]Google Play Store.[/li][li]Tap [strong]Storage[/strong] > Clear[strong] Cache[/strong].[/li][li]Next, tap [strong]Clear data[/strong].[/li][li]Re-open the Play Store and try your download again. [/li][/ol][h2]Step 3: Restart your device[/h2][p]If you still can’t download after you clear the cache and data of the Play Store, restart your device.
