[p]Bajaj has officially teased its much-awaited sports bike KTM 790 Duke in India, hinting at its imminent launch in the country.

[p]The 2019 model, which is already available in international markets, comes with a sports naked style and a 799cc DOHCengine.

[p]In India, KTM 790 Duke will compete with the likes of Ducati Monster 797 and Kawasaki Z900.

[p]It offers a digital instrument console, step-up split seats, LED headlamps, LED taillights, and LED signal turn lamps.

[p]With a dry weight of 169kg and fuel capacity of 14-liter, the bike runs on 17-inch tubeless wheels.

[p]The KTM 790 Duke is powered by a 799cc liquid-cooled parallel-twin DOHC engine which is capable of making 105ps of maximum power and 87Nm of peak torque. The motor comes mated to a six-speed manual gearbox with a two-way quick shifter.

[p]It packs a 300mm disc brake on the front wheel and a 240mm disc brake on the rear wheel along with dual channel ABS.

[p]Further, the bike gets different riding modes, traction control, and passenger footrest.
