[br] (, 下载次数: 0) [br][br]Piaggio India has introduced the sporty Aprilia Storm in India at a price of Rs 65,000 (ex-showroom, Pune) and will take on the TVS Ntorq 125 in the 125cc sporty scooter segment along with Hero Destini, Honda Activa and the lot. Aimed for the younger audience, the new Aprilia Storm comes in two colours - Matte Yellow and Matte Red - and is now the most affordable scooter in the brand's India line-up. Positioned below the Aprilia SR 125, the Aprilia Storm is similar to the former albeit some sporty touches here and there.[br][br]Diego Graffi, MD & CEO, Piaggio India said, "We are delighted to launch the long-awaited Aprilia Storm in India.Storm has a dynamic exterior theme with vibrant colours, specially designed wide terrain tyres, 125 cc engine and customisation through accessories that makes it unique."[br][br]Power in the new Aprilia Storm 125 comes from the 124.5cc, single-cylinder, 3-valve engine that produces 9.52bhp and 9.9 Nm of peak torque, coupled to a CVT automatic gearbox. Other than this, the Aprilia Storm 125 gets hydraulic telescopic front forks and the hydraulic shock absorbers at the back. The Storm 125 also comes with a set of new 12-inch black alloy wheels that in our opinion looks really cool. Braking duties are taken care of by 150mm and 140mm drums at both front and rear and is assisted by a Combi Braking System (CBS).[br][br]India Today
