[h3][span style="font-weight: bold;"][/span]A team of scientists working on experiments related to the behavior of light, has has announced that they have discovered a new characteristic of light, which they named as self-torque. [br][br][br]The researchers were working on an experiment that involved firing two lasers at a cloud of argon gas—doing so forced the beams to overlap, and they joined and were emitted as a single beam from the other side of the argon cloud. The result was a type of vortex beam.
