[br] (, 下载次数: 0) [br][br]Italian bike-maker Benelli is working to launch its much-awaited retro scrambler motorcycle, the Benelli Leoncino 500, in India.[br][br]Internationally, the bike is offered in three variants: Sport, Standard, and Trail.[br][br]However, according to a report, the company will only be launching the standard model of the motorcycle in the country.[br][br]Here are the finer details.[br][br]Design[br][br]Benelli Leoncino 500: At a glance[br][br]The upcoming Benelli Leoncino features a nice street look with a bulky fuel tank, rounded headlamps, dual tone paint job and 17-inch spoked wheels.[br][br]For lighting, the bike houses LED headlamps with DRLs along with the LED taillights and indicators.[br][br]Further, the motorcycle has a wheelbase of 1,460mm and a kerb weight of 207kg.[br][br]Engine and Mileage[br][br]The Benelli Leoncino 500, mated to a six-speed gearbox, is powered by a 499.6cc liquid cooled, two-cylinder, DOHC engine which is capable of making 47.58PS of power at 8,500rpm and 46Nm of peak torque at 6,000rpm.[br][br] (, 下载次数: 0) [br][br]Safety & Control[br][br]Benelli Leoncino 500: On the road[br][br]The Benelli Leoncino 500 comes equipped with disc brakes on the front and rear wheels along with the dual-channel ABS for better road handling.[br][br]Further, the motorcycle sits on the tubular steel-trellis frame and houses 50mm Upside Down Forks (USD) suspension on the front along with a monoshock unit on the rear to handle suspension duties.[br][br]And, what will be the pricing?[br][br]As for the pocket pinch, the standard Benelli Leoncino 500 is expected to be priced at around Rs. 5 lakh in India.
