[h3]1. First you have to enable developer setting from setting.[/h3][p][br]

[h2]Steps for enabling developer option:[/h2][p][br]

[h2]first of all go to setting => system setting => about phone=> tap 10 times on build no.[/h2][p][br]

[h3]after enabling the developer option you have to catch logs for bug report.[/h3][p][br]

[h3]steps for catching logs[/h3][p][br]

[h2]Step1 go to Engineering mode[/h2][p][br]

[h3]Dialpad "*#9646633#" in dial-pad to open EngineerMode menu.[/h3][h3]-Slide from right to left 4 times to find "Log and Debugging" tab.[/h3][h3]-Click "MTKLoger" option to enter MTKlogger settings interface.[/h3][p][br]

[h2]Enable MTKlogger.[/h2][p][br]

[h3]-Click log setting button at the upper left corner to open Setting menu. Tap enable buttons to active the corresponding logs.[/h3][h3](MobileLog: Should be activated for all problems)[/h3][h3](ModenLog & NetworkLog: Activate for Call and network related problems only,it will accelerate battery draining once activated)[/h3][h3](GPSLog: Enable for GPS related problems only)[/h3][p][br]

[h3]Run log catcher.[/h3][h3]-Tap the Triangle shape icon at the middle bottom and then click OK to start run log catcher.[/h3][div][h3](Log catcher is running now,you can click Home button and then operate you phone to reproduce the problem.)[/h3][/div][p][br]

[h3] Stop log catcher and upload logs.[/h3][h3]-Take a screenshot when problem occurs,then go to MTKLoger and tap the square shape icon to stop log catcher.[/h3][p][br]

[h3]Send the screenshot and logs to us.[/h3][h3]-Find "mtklog" folder in "File Manager",then upload the folder and the screenshot to a net-disk, and then send the issue description and log download link to us for analysis.[/h3][p][br]

[h3] Delete old logs to save your storage.[/h3][h3]-Click dust bin icon at the lower right side, then select CLEAN ALL to delete all logs from your mobile.[/h3][p][br]
