[br]The Intro=] This concerns all moderators (whether intern or super), especially in Nigeria section of xclub). [br]First, we have to appreciate and commend one another for creating so many good posts on xclub. It is a sign that we are playing our part in making xclub lively and more welcoming.[br][br]The issue=] Most of us (including myself) desire to attract a lot of views and comments on our posts and that explains why we tend to stick several posts to the top of the forum. However, one of the admins has taken the initiative to guide us on how to avoid oversticking per each forum (in the Nigeria section of xclub especially).[br][br]

[br]The rules=] The rules laid down by admin to prevent oversticking are:[br][br]1) Maximum of five stick posts per forum.[br][br]2) The colour of the stick posts must be the same. For EXAMPLE, all five stick posts for sport section could be GREEN while all five stick posts in news forum could be BLUE e.t.c.[br][br]3) You are entitled to only ONE stick post per forum.[br][br]4) A stick post can remain ontop for as long as possible until another post of greater value needs to be ontop but no space, therefore the new post will substitute the former one ontop.[br][br]5) In relation to rule number 4, do NOT unstick/replace the stickpost of another moderator without telling him/her about it and reach an agreement.[br][br]6) Admin can possibly penalise you (xgold deduction), especially if you trespass rule number 3.[br][br]
