[br][br]WhatsApp consecutive voice messages feature is one of the most anticipated developments for users of the Facebook-owned instant messaging app and while this new WhatsApp feature was spotted weeks ago, the new WhatsApp beta update for Android has reportedly received the feature. This also means that WhatsApp consecutive voice messages feature might be rolled out soon for users of the stable version of the app.[br][br]According to a report by WABetaInfo, the WhatsApp consecutive voice messages feature has been spotted in the WhatsApp beta for Android 2.19.86 update and this feature will essentially help the users listen to multiple voice messages in one go. However, it should be noted that only consecutive voice messages received in a WhatsApp chat can be listened to in one go while it will eliminate the need to tapping on the play button of every single WhatsApp voice message received in a chat.[br][br]WhatsApp consecutive voice messages: Here's how the upcoming WhatsApp feature will work[br][br][ul][li]When WhatsApp detects two or more consecutive voice messages, it will automatically enable the Consecutive voice messages feature[br][/li][/ul][ul][li]All the all consecutive voice messages will be played as a sequence after you play the first one and it won’t be necessary to tap on the play button on each message. [br][/li][/ul][ul][li]When a voice message will end, WhatsApp will play a short audio to make you aware of this.[br][/li][/ul][ul][li]It will also mean that the next voice message is ready to be played.[br][/li][/ul][ul][li]A different audio will be played when the sequence of voice messages end.[br][/li][/ul]There has been no word on when the WhatsApp consecutive voice messages feature will be rolling out, however, since the feature has already been spotted in the beta version of the app, we do expect it to roll out in the next major update for both Android and iOS users. On the other hand, the WhatsApp beta for Android 2.19.86 update also comes with some improvements of the PiP mode (Picture-in-Picture mode) which was rolled out recently.[br][br] |
