[br][br][br]TweetDeck -- Twitter’s dashboard application -- for Mac has received the most-demanded features such as GIFs, polls and emojis. These features were initially available in the Twitter’s Mac desktop version but the app was pulled out altogether and now it will be made available for Mac app. The company has started testing the ability to add GIFs and emojis from today, once the testing is successfully completed, TweetDeck users will get the new update. [br][br]The update brings a new compose interface that in turn brings a revamped design and brighter interface. Space has also been expanded, taking space as much as of two columns. Amongst all of this, the most important feature the update has brought is the availability to use GIFs, polls and emojis. [br][br]Like Twitter, TweetDeck users will now be able to use GIFs and animated images in their post. They can also add tags and descriptions for normal images. By an odd chance, if TweetDeck users don't prefer the new compose window, they can swap between the old one for some time. [br][br]TweetDeck via its official Twitter account announced the new features and said, "Guess what? You're in luck! As of today, we're testing a new way of Tweeting, now with the ability to add GIFs, threads, polls, emoji AND image tagging via TweetDeck."[br][br]These new features are a part of a server-side update so TweetDeck users need not download or install the latest version of the app to get the new compose window. The app though can be downloaded from the Mac App Store for free. [br][br]Source : timesnownews.com |
