[br][br]A few months after a new commit on the Chromium Gerrit revealed that Google is looking to bring back the deprecated 'swipe to navigate' feature in Chrome, the functionality has gone live.[br][br]Believed to have been discovered by Android Police, it brings gesture-based navigation controls to help users go back/forward with a horizontal swipe from the edge.[br][br]The feature can reportedly be turned on manually by the flag: chrome://flags/#overscroll-history-nagivation in the Dev and Canary channels, and by chrome://flags/#enable-gesture-navigation in the Beta and Stable channels.[br][br]The feature has long been available on Safari for iOS. |
