[img src="/storage/emulated/0/Download/Whatsapp.jpg"][br]Most of us must be familiar with the process of creating a group on WhatsApp. Once the group is created, we need to add members/participants from our contact list that means the group admins first have to save every member contact in their smartphone and then add them to the group which is a tedious job if there are too many members in a group. [br][br]What if, there’s a way that allows adding members without saving their contact information. Well, there is a way built right into WhatsApp. In the latest update, WhatsApp has added a new group invite link feature that allows admins to add members to a group without saving the contact information of every participant.[br][br]Pre-requisites:[br][br]Latest version of WhatsApp must be installed on your device To create the invite link, the users must have the admin rights for that particular group. [br][br]Steps to follow:[br][br]1. Launch the WhatsApp messenger app from the home screen or launcher[br][br]2. Head to the group conversation window[br][br]3. Tap on the three-dots from the top-right corner of the screen[br][br]4. Now, open the Group info option[br][br]5. Scroll down and tap on the option ‘Invite via link’[br][br]6. It will now show a message saying ‘Invite link has been made’ and below that there will be four option to choose from -- Send link via WhatsApp, Copy link, Share link as well as Revoke link[br][br]7. Share the link to the person you want to add to the group.[br][br][br]Source: https://m.gadgetsnow.com/how-to/how-to-add-people-to-whatsapp-groups-without-saving-them-on-your-contacts/amp_articleshow/69573390.cms [br][br][br][br][br] |
