[h2]Google has announced that the Dynamic email feature will be available generally and will be launching by default for all domains on July 2, 2019.[/h2][p][br][p]
[br][p][br][p]Those affected will be Admins and end users. With dynamic email, users can easily take actions directly within the message itself. Things like RSVP to an event, fill out questionnaires, browse a catalogue, or respond to comment right in the mailbox without leaving the screen.[br][p][br][p]For example, in Google Docs, whenever a user posts a comment on a shared doc you will receive an email. However, Dynamic email feature will allow you to reply from a single email thread instead of receiving individual email notifications. Users will now see an up-to-date thread in Gmail where you can easily reply or resolve the comment, right from within the message.[center][div id="div_native_ad_436950" p-=""][div id="google_ads_iframe_/72913078/TimesNow_Mweb/timesnow_mweb_ros/TimesNow_Mweb_ROS_CUN/TNOW_Mweb_ROS_Native_CUN_1x1_0__container__"][iframe id="google_ads_iframe_/72913078/TimesNow_Mweb/timesnow_mweb_ros/TimesNow_Mweb_ROS_CUN/TNOW_Mweb_ROS_Native_CUN_1x1_0" title="3rd party ad content" name="google_ads_iframe_/72913078/TimesNow_Mweb/timesnow_mweb_ros/TimesNow_Mweb_ROS_CUN/TNOW_Mweb_ROS_Native_CUN_1x1_0" width="1" height="1" scrolling="no" marginwidth="0" marginheight="0" frameborder="0" srcdoc=""][/iframe][/div][/div][/center][div id="show_article_436950"][p][strong]How to get started[/strong][p][strong]For Admins:[/strong] Determine whether your users can use dynamic email by navigating to Apps > G Suite > Settings for Gmail > User settings in the Admin console and selecting from the following options:[p][br][ul][li][strong]Disable: [/strong]This option will prevent users in your domain from receiving interactive emails.[/li][li][strong]Enable now (beta): [/strong]This option will enable dynamic email (currently in beta) immediately.
