PUBG LITE Beta registration begins in India: Early access, exclusive weapons, parachutes and more on offer

The game was introduced last year under the beta form to a few Southeast Asian countries where selected players were given access to the game. For a long time, PUBG lovers in India were demanding this lighter version of the game and the PUBG LITE team has finally listened.[br][br]Starting today, PUBG LITE has opened up its registration in all SAARC countries, which also includes India. Yes, if you were eagerly waiting to try out the game in India, you can now do so.Registration for PUBG LITE beta has been opened up for all the SAARC countries, which include India, Bangladesh, Pakistan, Afghanistan, Bhutan, Maldives, Nepal, and Sri Lanka.[br][br]The PUBG LITE registration event will last for 13 days starting from today. During this period, interested players can log into PUBG LITE's website (https://lite.pubg.com/) and create an account for free. If you already have an account registered with PUBG, all you need to do is log in. Once logged in, users will need to click on the Participate in Event'button, following which the website asks the players to link the account with existing accounts on Steam, Xbox and PS4. The last date for registering for the beta is July 3.[br][br]Those who register during this event will get several in-game prizes. All players will get as standard the Tiger M46 and the Çheetah parachute. If the registration cross 100k, PUBG will award Black Scarf, Punk Glasses and Bloody Combat Pants. Upon crossing the 200k registration mark, players will be given Gold PUBG scarf, Striped Long-Sleeved Shirt and Red Sports Top. All these rewards will be given in-game via codes that will be mailed to the players.[br][br]Do note that the game is not yet available to download and play. The PUBG team has only begun registrations for the beta version of the game and it will be only made available to those who register now. The PUBG team will notify selected players through email and offer the download link.[br][br]To recap, PUBG LITE is a watered-down version of PUBG on PC. The game is meant to run on computers with low-end specifications and players won't need a dedicated graphics card to play the game.
