my note 4 pro is not ringing when I dial a number but vibrates when it's picked up and can't hear the person n d person can't hear too...but can hear clearly when someone calls

You mean when you make a call, neither you nor the receiver could hear from either ends of the phone whereas when it's an incoming call you could hear from the other end?
