audio multitasking

I found that since I bought my infinix hot s3 I found it hard to record things simultaneously while other apps using recorder is running. I keep getting it couldn't audio another application might be using the recorder..

it is very sad for me because I was doing it so easily with my tecno camon cx . I was multitasking with the recorder , recording from different apps. am a lover of music so I was using Shazam to detect the songs I listen to on radio. now am so sad I can't do things like that again..and I just newly joined the infinix family. can't the audio issue be fixed in the next update

so an update can't solve the problem because it is really pissing off. most times the message will pop up when I have only one application running.
