[br]TRAI has made new changes in the telecom and DTH sector. Recently, TRAI has issued a new directive policy in which telecom companies have to provide information about the offers given to select customers at the end of every month. Which will provide information about the tariff plans given to selected customers at the end of every month.[br][br][br]
[br][br]The source of this picture is pinimg media[br]For information, in the year 2018, TRAI issued a similar order which was rejected by the Telecommunication Dispute Settlement and Appellate Tribunal (TDSET). TRAI's directive policy make the public to be informed of the selected customer’s public on January 21. There is no restriction on the order of TDSET except on the extent of demand.[br][br][br]
[br][br]The source of this picture is pinimg media[br]After the Supreme Court order, in its new directive policy, TRAI has to provide information to the telecom companies about the tariff plan and its terms, plan name, plan validity, and the benefits made available to the customers in the plan at the end of every month. Those who will have to give information about customers who have availed the special offer at the end of every month, to be given to consumers in select categories. All existing customers have received offers and there is no discrimination.[br][br][br]
