You can no longer save and share profile photos of your WhatsApp contacts. Changes on the popular message sharing platform is visible in the latest WhatsApp beta versions for Android devices and WhatsApp Business beta for iPhone version 2.19.60.5.[br][br][br]
[br][br]WhatsApp has also added the feature to preview stickers directly in the notification centre of its regular iPhone app.[br][br]WhatsApp has recently developed a night mode which is intended to reduce strain on the eyes.[br][br]The online platform generally provides a sharing button once you view the profile photo of one of your contacts on an Android device.[br][br]Clicking on the sharing button prompts the resultant option to either save the profile photo to your gallery or share it through social media channels.[br][br]But after this new change, your WhatsApp will not display the sharing option, thus giving you no onscreen means to save profile photos.[br][br]However, if you want, you can still save profile photos by using the screenshot feature of your smartphone.[br][br]This change is also not applicable to display pictures of WhatsApp groups.[br][br]The latest WhatsApp beta for Android can be downloaded from Google Play to experience the new update. The APK file of this app can also be sideloaded from APK Mirror to your phone.[br][br]WhatsApp has also released an updated iPhone app which you can use to preview stickers you've received directly in the notification centre. This updated version also has the option to view stickers in full size after long pressing the notifications.[br][br]The updated WhatsApp version can be downloaded by iPhone users from the App Store. This app will provide the version 2.19.51 and has a size of 154.1MB.[br][br]The WhatsApp night mode meanwhile is expected to replace the earlier speculated Dark Mode.
