Video streaming problem

My infinix zero 3 can't stream using dstv now app. It keeps throwing an error message 2990. Someone please help,  want to watch world cup{:16_7:}{:16_7:}

you might need to check your network provider. Its possible the network is not stable enough to support streaming.
just make sure you have a really good internet connection

Thanks man but the network is okaay cz i can stream using Huawei phone but i can't with infinix

so you are basically connecting to a WiFi when you stream? This is my suggestion, I don't know what type of network provider you use, you might need to change your router settings to IPV4. I think your router network is currently on IPv6 so it's possible your phone might not be able to work on this
