Go to your whatsapp to check the statuses you like as this is necessary so that you will be able to recognize the status[br][br][br]2. Go to your phone memory or the memory in which your whatsapp is installed in then look for the whatsapp folder, open the whatsapp folder and open the media folder[br][br][br]3. Click on the options pane and select "Show hidden files"[br][br][br]4. Your hidden files should now be shown, you should now see a ".status" folder which contains all the statuses of your contacts, open the ".status" folder and look for the status you wish to save from the list of statuses then copy the file to your preferred location[br][br][br]5. After pasting the files you wish to save to your preferred location, select the options pane again and select "Hide hidden files"[br][br][br]6.Go to your preferred location and you will find your saved status there.[br][br][br]Note: Step 5 is necessary because system files are usually hidden and you may cause some apps to stop working or malfunction if you mistakenly delete a system file, it is better to hide back the hidden files so as not to mistakenly delete a system file.
