[p]The winner will be notified by e-mail from Infinix along with the deposit payment link on InfinixMall.

[p](Anybody failing to pay the deposit within 48 hours upon reception of the notice will be deemed as giving up the trial qualification)

[p]You are required to pick up your S4 at our Nairobi office.

[p]5.1. After receiving the product, the user shall submit your try-out report to the officially designated personnel within 15 days.

[p]5.2. The report must consist of over 1,200 words, and more than 6 original pictures (Landscape mode pictures are recommended), which shall be clear and watermark-free.

[p]5.3. The report must be an objective, comprehensive and true evaluation of the product and its quality will affect the subsequent products trial application.

[p]Your deposit will be returned within 7 working days after you submit the report;

[p][span style="background-color: rgb(249, 150, 59);"](7) Awards [/span][br]

[p]The user who give the best quality try-out report can keep the S4 as an award and get 100% deposit refund.

[p]The rest users will get a gift hamper from Infinix(You are required to return the S4 to Infinix to get 100% deposit refund ) or you can keep the S4 and get 20% to 50% deposit refund according to your report quality.

[p](2) The reasons for application must be original, and a trial plan shall be made for the product. Repeatedly applying will be disqualified.

[p](3) Anybody creating multiple alternate accounts in the activity shall not win the qualification.

[p](4) You are required to contact the specific staff and return the S4 to get you deposit back if you fail to submit the trial report in time. make sure that the product is not obviously damaged. For malicious contributors, Infinix reserves the right to deduct the full deposit.[br]

[p](5) Trial reports must be first published by Infinix official, the right of which shall be reserved by Infinix.

[p](6) No cash or other alternative is available, although if, due to unforeseen circumstances, the stated trial is no longer available, Infinx reserves the right to provide a similar or equivalent trial.

[p](7) By entering, entrants agree to participate in reasonable publicity if selected. This may include use of their name and image in online publicity, in emails, and through any other print or social media. If you don’t agree with this please do not apply for a trial.

[p](8). Infinix reserves the right to (i) cancel a trial; (ii) cancel or refuse any individual’s entry; (iii) amend these terms and conditions (and will use reasonable endeavors to notify changes to entrants).

Accordingly, Infinix makes no warranties, representations or gives any undertakings, whether express, implied or statutory, including without limitation, as to merchantability, non-infringement or fitness for a particular purpose in relation to any trial product or service.
