[br]Gmail’s much anticipated Dynamic Email feature has been in the talks since last year and now the tech giant has finally released the tool in the beta version for testing. The Dynamic Email feature will enable users to embed AMP -- Accelerated Mobile Pages, a technology that improves the performance of the content -- into messages themselves. Thus, making emailing more actionable and interactive for them.[br][br]The dynamic emails will provide users with the latest information and freshest emails. It will make the experience more user-friendly and useful. With the feature, users will no longer have to exit the Gmail app to fill out a form or reply to comments, or open Google Docs to see the latest thread. They would simply be able to take actions within the message itself.[br][br]The feature will be made available on the web for beta users starting from today while the mobile version will be released in the coming days. If you wish to send dynamic emails then you will have to register yourself with Google and then later your messages will appear to end users.[br][br]Few business organizations like Oyo Rooms, Doodle, Freshworks, Booking.com, Pinterest, redBus and Doodle have already started using the Dynamic email feature to make their emails more relevant.[br][br][br]How to use Dynamic Email feature?[br][br]Admins: Dynamic email in Gmail beta is available for all G-suite customers, if you are a G Suite customer, you will be able to send dynamic emails for your organization.[br][br]To enable the feature, Admins can opt-in to the beta by navigating to the Admin console and heading to Apps then G Suite. There they will find an option ‘Settings for Gmail’ and ‘User Settings’ where they can enable the dynamic email feature.[br][br]Then the dynamic email feature will be activated in the Admin Console and the users who have adopted AMP for Email will be able to send dynamic emails. Further, the end users will be able to receive dynamic emails. |
