Nowadays, which engineering is best?

[br]It depends. As a real engineering perspective it’s very challenging and interesting. However do not misunderstand the Engineering to what Indian IT industry do.[br][br]Engineering is something where you build concepts to solve real life problems using IT Technology however what Indian IT industry does is maintenance , support and development of existing systems at application level and it is not engineering.[br][br]As a student if you want to build your career in IT engineering, you can do it only if you get into the top colleges of India like IITs, and some NITs however post completion of your degree never join mainstream IT companies (TCS, Infosys, Capgemini, Accenture, Cognizant, IGATE, Amdocs, Mindtree, NIIT Tech, tech Mahindra, Mphasis etc). The real engineering happens in Microsoft, google , Oracle where they build platforms and they actually innovate and that is challenging and well paid. Hope you must have got your answer.
