i) Apps running in the background[br]Background apps can cause your phone to slow down because the running apps are taking space. [br]Simple Solution: make it a habit to close apps you are not using (tap on overview button i.e the square button among the three buttons beneath your infinix smartphone helps you see a list of apps running in the background)[br]Note: To STOP an app, just go to xManager ] App Manager ] App stop (the selected app will totally shutdown from running in the background until you reopen it)[br][br]

[br][br]ii) Memory degradation[br]Smartphones run on a flash memory. When the phone memory is full, your phone gets slower.[br]Solution: Do not save UNNECESSARILY large files into phone memory. Delete such unnecessarily large files or move them to SD card with the FILE MANAGER app.[br]Note: High resolution videos are usually heavy. Often times better to move such videos to SD card.[br][br]
