How to split screen to all apps

So of us have issues split screen to all app in fact we hardly use that features anymore due to the selection of apps.I just found how to split screen with all apps but I don't know if someone has found the features but am just giving it a try it.[br] [br]First you go to your settings then click on about phone[br] [br]you see the build number then click on it 7 times[br] [br]slide your notification bars down then you see the setting icon then press on the icon down..you see the setting icon spinning [br] [br]after the spinning go back you your setting then you see the DEVELOPER OPTIONS all ready appeared then you clicking on it [br] [br]in the developer options you slide down then you FIND THE FORCE ACTIVITIES TO B RESIZABLE click on it then restart your phone then try split screening with other apps.
