dear xfans.(xos user only)[br]many of us are having one problem or the other with our phones, and we sometimes post those problems to xclub making xclub to be full of the same post from different xfans.[br][br]today am going to enlighten you on how to complain about your phone problems directly to the official staffs instead of xclub.[br][br]the app is already present on your xos phone, it is also a system app connected to your xaccount, though it was a system app, yet many of us don't even open this app once, the app is called  FEEDBACK. it is designed only for complaint and suggestion on how to make xos better and satisfying.[br][br]here is it's picture[br][br] [br][br]open it and you will find various option for various type of phones popular problems.[br][br] [br]it has many options such as [br]crash report, where you can report the problem of the error message UNFORTUNATELY SYSTEM UI HAS STOPPED.  or other system apps crashing.[br][br] [br]it has the option for severe overheating.[br]if your phone is heating too much.[br][br]it has the option for reporting lagging, power consumption and excess battery drainage.[br]and you will have the place to view all your complaint log.[br][br] [br]thanks for reading.[br]if you have any part confusing or where you need further explanations, feel free to ask any question and I will answer accordingly.[br][br]infinix....... the future is now.

Chairman that is just to report. You don't get to be replied, XCLUB is far better than that, at least you get real-time solutions, ideas, suggestions and you get to learn about new things.

i know but some complaint are too much on xclub and xclub doesn't support some words that can be used to talk to the official staffs with furry

its not functioning properly the minimizing and the home key is not working only the back button is working
