[br][br]Hero MotoCorp is all set to launch the all-new Maestro Edge 125 and updated Pleasure in India today. With these two new introductions, the company will take its tally of launches to a total of five this month. After bringing in an off-roader, a tourer and a premium faired motorcycle, the two-wheeler manufacturer will give more options to customers through the two new scooters.[br][br]On May 1, Hero MotoCorp had launched Hero XPulse 200, Hero XPulse 200T and Hero Xtreme 200S. If you are planning to buy the off-roader or the tourer and want to know the intricate details about their handling and other features, read our first ride review of XPulse 200 and first ride review of XPulse 200T.[br][br]Coming back to the launch of Hero Maestro Edge 125, the company is planning to target the youth with the new scooter.The 2019 Hero Maestro Edge 125 will offer its customers a host of features like digital-analog meter, external fuel filling, diamond-cut cast wheels, LED tail lamp, mobile charging port, frost winkers and rear cowl. Apart from these features, the new scooter will also get the side stand indicator, remote key opening, service due reminder and boot lamp.[br][br]Expected to rival the likes of TVS Ntorq 125 and Honda Activa 125, the new Hero Maestro Edge 125 might be priced between Rs 55,000 (ex-showroom, Delhi) and Rs 60,000 (ex-showroom, Delhi). It will be available in Matt Techno Blue, Matt Red, Matt Brown and Matt Vernier Grey paint options.[br][br]So far as the engine option is concerned, Maestro Edge 125 will get the motor that powers Hero Destini 125. It will be a 125 cc Energy Boost powertrain, which is good for 8.7 bhp and a torque of 10.2 Nm. Apart from the company's i3S (Idle-stop-start system) technology, the new scooter will also get Integrated Braking System. There will be an option for a front disk brake as well.[br][br]With regard to Hero Pleasure, there has been quite a lot of speculation over the engine it will feature. No one is sure about it as of now and the details will only be revealed once the formal launch takes place. Presently, Pleasure is powered by a 102 cc engine that makes 6.9 bhp and 8.1 Nm of torque. We will have to wait and see if the company continues with this engine in the scooter or gives it the more powerful 110.9 cc engine, producing 8 bhp and 8.7 Nm of torque, that is available with Hero Duet and Hero Maestro Edge.[br][br]The 2019 Hero Pleasure is expected to get a revamped front end, with a whole lot of new features.
